Scope

Test objects include stators for single-phase AC motors, three-phase AC motors, servo motors, stepper motors, brushless motors, series excitation motors, hub motors, shaded pole motors, as well as special winding stators; their manufacturing workmanship includes single-wire or multi-wire winding, winding multi-tap; one or more temperature switches or temperature sensors are embedded in a stator winding; the wiring forms include motor primary/secondary winding type for single-phase motors, Δ/Y-type for single- and three-phase motors, Δ/Y-type for double- and three-phase motors; there are no requirements for taps and wiring forms.

 

Functional Features

Proprietary slot by slot precision scanning and coil detection function; judgment threshold can be set for stators automatically; detect wiring errors, outgoing wire errors, wrong embedding in slots, partial de-embedding, number of turns out of tolerance, give alarm in case of test data over-limit, and provide fault information to facilitate repair.

Winding inductance test, test frequency and test level settable

Automatically switch to the coil DC resistance test; automatic temperature compensation, multi-coil inter-phase resistance balance test; the test resistance before wiring a -type closed-loop three-phase motor is consistent with that after that. Upon order request, add direct stator temperature measurement and automatic conversion to the resistance under standard temperature

Insulation resistance test; DC high voltage settable upon order request

HIPOT test: the test voltage is automatically generated based on settings and automatically regulated; automatically offset the leakage current of test system itself, and automatically give alarm upon abnormal high voltage loading. Besides conventional coil winding to core test, coil to coil test, separate core test and winding to TK test can be set based on the order requirements

Automatic, multiple-wave judgment of turn-to-turn surge test between any phases under any form of surge, any times of surge; different turn-to-turn surge test voltages can be set based on order requirements

Standard automatic sampling, high-speed sample data acquisition, automatic analysis and storage; rapidly establish conforming stator judgment criteria automatically or by manual intervention 

Data report management function; can automatically number each stator, check the test result and graph for each model and stator, and generate statistics reports; reports can be exported via a USB disk; upon order requirements, automatic generation of CPK, R&R or %R&R statistics reports can be made available

Test tooling designed and manufactured based on order requirements

Upon order requirements, the following features can be made available: automatic stator identification, unlock before passing in case of defects; defect confirmation, automatic tooling and clamp correctness identification, automatic stator sample model correctness identification and other error prevention, correction

Light curtain or safety flip door optional

Upon order requirements, the following features can be made available: linkage with PLC interface in an automated assembly line, connection with a label printer
